[UI] Dashboard menu for database displays an empty small box

Description

Tested with Everest v0.0.0-50167eb version.

Create one or two mysql databases using admin user.
Create a dbadmin user
Create rbac permissions

Then login as dbadmin user and view the databases, for the mysql database a small box is displayed in the ... menu.
