[UI] Storage location for mongodb should be disabled for edit

Description

Tested with Everest vv0.0.0-f9f7997 (0.7.0 release build) version.

Create a mongodb database and enable scheduled backups and PITR.

Edit the mongodb database

The Storage location should be disabled for edit as Everest supports only one storage location for mongodb.
