Adjust Oplog and PITR to support cloned collection

Problem description

After a collection is copied, the collection does not have any data from Oplog.

Solution proposition

Oplog and PITR are applied with a new collection metadata (name and UUID)
note: DDL operations are not supported in this implementation

Acceptance Criteria

  • cloned collection is restored to specified time
