Counter for Streaming Replication

It appears that this issue is no longer being worked on, so we are closing it for housekeeping purposes. If you believe the issue still exists, please open a new ticket after confirming it's present in the latest release.

There is a relatively new method of replication and there is zero or very limited visibility when it is happening, how many queries were replicated by streaming or how many fragments were created. We can not measure if it has any impact (good or bad) on a production system because we can not see/monitor when it is happening.

Obviously in PMM we could graph it if there are some metrics around it.
