Hi , thanks for request -

How are you reviewing Slow Query Log? Could you exclude it via a filter in pt-query-digest?  I realize with PMM Query Analytics you can't do this..

So your request is - have pt-heartbeat set long_query_time variable to something very high like 1000 for it's session so that its own execution isn't logged because it doesn't fall below the the long_query_time session variable value ?
