IS_PROXY_PROTOCOL is not documented

Description

The secret for this variable described https://docs.percona.com/percona-operator-for-mysql/pxc/containers-conf.html

but IS_PROXY_PROTOCOL description is missing.

This our internal script, user can’t change it and it shouldn’t influence on user.
No need to document it

It works like this now:
if in mysqld part of CR we have proxy_protocol_networks this key, we put IS_PROXY_PROTOCOL=yes and enforced to use send_proxy='send-proxy-v2' instead of empty in the script percona-xtradb-cluster-operator/build/haproxy_add_pxc_nodes.sh

This our internal script, user can’t change it and it shouldn’t influence on user.
I think we don’t need to document it
