Percona uses Jira to track the development of several projects, including PMM Server, Percona Server for MongoDB and other Percona products. Here, you can search existing bug reports, create feature requests and report other issues.

You can access Percona support directly 24x7 by phone or on-line. Contact Percona Support for immediate assistance.
How do I report an issue or request a new feature?
Use the Search field to determine if the issue has already been reported or a feature has already been requested. If you find a matching issue or feature, you may watch to be notified of changes. You may also comment and vote if you have further information to help clarify the problem or purpose.
You can also search percona.com to locate answers and other information on our blog, forums, documentation and other website resources.
If you cannot find an existing issue or request, you must sign up and log in first. Once your account is created and you have logged in, you can create an issue in our Jira system.
Tips for reporting an issue or requesting a feature:
- Always search for the issue or feature first.
- If you don’t understand an error message, ask for help on our forums or Contact Percona Support.
- Test on the most recent release of the product. The issue may have already been addressed.
- Only request one feature or report one bug when creating an issue.
- Keep it brief but be sure to include important details.
- >Remember the basics, what you did, what you wanted to happen and what actually happened.
Note: Please do not include any private information, such as names, account numbers, system identifiers, addresses, etc. when submitting issues.
