Clean up Persistent Volume Claims

Persistent Volume Claims (PVCs) are volumes used to store data of the database. They are created automatically when the database is provisioned with the Operator.

Our default behavior is to keep the PVCs after the database deletion.

This epic delivers the functionality that will enable the user to clean up the data after the database removal if required automatically
