Since for PMM server for every new version the chart is currently updated only with target image, we can practically set the option in the current chart to use the dev-latest image, something like:
but I'm not sure if that will be strange because we will use eg. 2.26 chart with latest images, so if that doesn't work out we can maybe just create some chart which has "dev" version.
