Set currentBuild.description automatically to USED_PLATFORM_VER-CLUSTER_WIDE-DB_VERSION

When we run release pipelines, we have to manually edit the description of pipeline run for our own convenience so that we don’t forget what we actually tested. I’d like that to happen automatically.

Update: suggested to also add branch, in order too see whether it’s main or some release branch.
