Orchestrator - ERROR Unable to determine cluster name. clusterHint=XXXX

Description

Hi Team,

Sporadically seeing ERROR “Unable to determine cluster name“, However this error goes away automatically after couple of minutes usually but until it's gone, switchovers fail for the chain because we use orchestrator as the source of truth for the chain's primary.
