After PGSM 2.0.4 release: Update Meta Server packages PPG-11~16

Description

After release of PGSM 2.0.4 release, we need to update the META server packages that were released in Q4-2023. This will make sure that META server has the latest version of PGSM released. This will make sure that end users and customers have consistent version of PGSM in all packages.

This will also require the update to docs to reflect the correct versions.

So as pointed out by we don’t need to update the Meta packages, as it automatically points to latest available version of PGSM. We only need to update the docs where needed.
