[UI] Restores page should display the restores in a sorted order

Description

Tested in Everest v0.10.0-rc4 version.

Create some databases and take some scheduled, manual backups.

Restore a database few times

The Restores page does not display the restores in a sorted order. It would be good to display the restores sorted by Started/Finished date and time.
