PG backup and restore issue using minio

Description

To setup/add minio bucket:

Steps to reproduce:
Create a PG db cluster using the minio bucket for backups
Restore from the backup

Actual Result:
Restore cluster stuck in Unknown state

Expected Result:
Restore cluster status is up, restores successfully.
