We have a suspicion that the current way we're handling the external access of DB clusters in everest-operator is not entirely correct. However, this needs further investigation, hence this task.

Currently we set a few annotations to customize the AWS load balancer which we think don't have the intended behavior in all EKS clusters.

The outcome of this task should clearly define how to technically implement the internet facing option for external DB access.
