[UI] Inconsistent date formats

Description

The date format in the backups page is day/month/year but the format in the restore modal is month/day/year.

the time displayed for the backup is the created time

can you please help me understand, which time do we display when trying to restore from a backup? Is it the backup start time or backup finish time?

the time should be consistent as well. For the backup, time format is ‘AM/PM’ and while restoring, the format is ‘00:00:00’
