UI - Backup "Add Storage" Button Inactive After Refresh

Percona Everest version: 1.3.0-rc4
Browser: Chrome Version 130.0.6723.117
The "Add storage" button for backups is initially inactive after refreshing the page. However, it becomes active when navigating between tabs (e.g., moving from "Overview" to "Backups").
Steps to reproduce:
Go to the "Backups" tab to access a database in Percona Everest.
Refresh the page.
Observe that the "Add storage" button is inactive.
Navigate to another tab (e.g., "Overview") and return to "Backups."
Observe that the "Add storage" button is now active.
Expected result:
The "Add storage" button should be active immediately upon loading the "Backups" tab, regardless of page refresh.
