Currently we only have 2 documentation pages related to upgrades:

how to upgrade database operators and CRDs
But the user might be confused on how to upgrade database version and what is worse it is not clearly visible in the UI as well.
At the current moment the user needs to go to cluster Overview page and in the Basic Information section click on the Edit button - then the upgrade information will be visible.
