Description:
When editing a DB cluster in the Everest UI, the Storage class field is visible but not editable. However, the UI still shows info/message suggesting users can choose a storage class based on performance needs. This is confusing since the selection cannot actually be changed during edit.

Expectation:

If the Storage class field is not editable:

• The message should be removed or updated to reflect that the storage class is fixed and can not get edited.

• Alternatively, the entire storage class section should be hidden during edit to avoid misleading the user.
