[UI] After Suspend the Resume option is not displayed

Description

Install operators from cli. Create a mysql database from the UI.
Click Suspend

After clicking Suspend, the Edit menu is closed. If you open the Edit menu again, then it displays Suspend, but it does not display Resume. The UI should display the Resume option instead of Suspend.

If Suspend is clicked again, then the following error is displayed

Now after clicking Suspend, the Edit menu is closed. If you open the Edit menu again, Resume option is displayed. 

Similarly after clicking Resume, the Edit menu is closed. If you open the Edit menu again, Suspend option is displayed.

Fix done by changing source of truth of suspend/resume for paused status from Db status to '.spec.paused'

UI does not restrict some actions depending on the state. I'll create an epic for that

You should wait until it will be paused and then it's available
