Cli is not able to connect to the backup storage, when Everest is run using dev-latest in quickstart.yml

Description

Use the following quickstart.yml to run Everest (docker compose -f quickstart.yml up -d)

Install all operators using Cli compiled from the repo. Tested this using both eks and gke clusters (aws s3 credentials are correct):

After removing all dev-latest images, I was able to install operators and create a backup storage successfully

No errors in backend were observed. This issue is fixed, so closing this ticket.

Hi , I am still getting the same error with dev-latest

Also, the date and time is now coming in cli logs as 1.69380841122513e+09
