[CLI] Reset token assumes percona-everest namespace as the default installation

Cli version

Install operators using cli in the new namespace

Reset the token

Cli displays an error for the percona-everest namespace, because the operators were installed in the new namespace. It should ask for the namespace before doing the token reset.

If we use flags, then the --namespace flag can be used to specify the namespace as

Moving this ticket to done because after implementing the namespace is hardcoded so this is not an issue
