[UI] Restore from a backup cannot be done for mongodb and postgresql databases

Description

Tested with Everest v0.5.0-47-g39e36a0 version.

Create mongodb and postgresql databases. Take on demand or scheduled backups.

Restore the database for mongodb

The restore is shown as disabled after selecting the backup

Similarly restore is disabled for postgresql

Now restore to the same database is enabled for mongodb and postgresql databases and is successfully completed

The fixes were added in the latest release build with the same build version v0.5.0-47-g39e36a0.
