[UI] Multinamespace in monitoring page

Description

DESIGN:

  • namespace column in the monitoring list table  

  • namespace field in the monitoring adding form

 

  • namespace column in the monitoring list table should be added

  • at least one namespace should be filled in the adding monitoring form

  • namespace is a required field

  • “select all” button should set all namespaces from the list

  • pressing the “select all” button again should clear the field
