[UI] Creation of mongodb database should select the latest version of 6.0

Description

Tested with Everest vv0.0.0-0b8af01 (0.7.0 release build) version.

Create a mongodb database, it selects the 4.4.24-23 version by default

Since 4.4 will be EOL in a few days, the UI should select the latest version of 6.0 as default
