Restore action form backup - improved UX

Description

Context

When you’re in DB cluster details view in the backups list, the way our current restore from backup action (see screen) works is confusing to users because it lacks any information about PITR (you have to go to db cluster “Actions” to see PITR)

Expected behaviour

When user selects “restore to this db” option form actions we will show the same popup as our db cluster actions restore action (see screen)

  1. Radial button “From backup” is selected, backup item pre-selected based on from which row user clicked this action but with possibility to change selected backup.

  2. PITR radial is visible always but available to select only if the selected backup is the last full backup (PITR limitation)

Tested with Everest 1.0.0 rc2.

Select the latest backup to restore the same database

The PITR option is available to restore the database

The latest backup is also available to restore the database

If another backup other than the latest is chosen then the PITR option becomes unavailable
