When trying to delete a DB, a modal asking for confirmation shall be presented to users.

If there are any backups for that DB, this modal shall ask users if they want to keep the backup’s data on the backup storage. If there are no backups in that DB, this checkbox doesn’t appear. For PG databases, the checkbox is disabled with an info icon and tooltip informing the user why the backups storage data is kept.
