Operator crashes if pmm section is not specified

Description

Similar to https://jira.percona.com/browse/K8SPG-193

Operator version: 2.2.0

Steps to reproduce:

  1. deploy bundle

  2. deploy cr.yaml without pmm section

 

Result: Operator pod crashes with the following error

 

Expectation: Operator does not crash and pmm just does not work
