we have outdated CR examples in your PG v2 docs e.g. https://docs.percona.com/percona-operator-for-postgresql/2.0/backups-ondemand.html
we do not have pg.percona.com/v2beta1. We use v2 now. Please check https://github.com/percona/percona-postgresql-operator/blob/main/deploy/restore.yaml
P.S. please recheck all examples.
