Could we write two additional sections in the PGO documentation?

1. One of them is to detail what the Operator intends to solve as a solution, what kind of workloads it can address, and the workload boundaries for which it was tested.

2. A limitation section. Although some limitations are spread across different sections, they might not be read until a problem arises. A limitation section is more suitable for users who want to understand the boundaries before installing the product.
   The major upgrade limitations are a good example of that. Currently, we do not have a GA method to perform smooth major PG upgrades in production environments. Instead, we have a process in tech preview. Currently, we do not have a GA method for performing.
   Most likely, nobody will read this section until it is required. Thus, many users might find a blocker/problem in upgrading their production clusters.
