Investigate set values for externalTrafficPolicy

Description

Hi,

In task expose.externalTrafficPolicy should have been added. But at the moment we are setting fixed policies depending on the type no matter what is set in cr:

  • Cluster for LoadBalancer

  • Local for NodePort

We need to check why we have these fixed values and consider whether we need them or can allow externalTrafficPolicy overwrite by end-users.
