When users want to create a backup with the Operator they create psmdb-backup custom resource.

We have the finalizer attached to psmdb-backup which cleans up the backup from S3.

If for some reason psmdb-backup resource has the not "ready" status, then it cannot be deleted with operator and it hangs forever.
