Simplified migration of databases to Kubernetes

Description

As a user, I want to have an operator way to migrate data from external database to the new DB in the Kubernetes.

  1. We need to provide the tooling in our operator.

  2. This functionality will be used by DBaaS as well.

  3. There should be no manual steps to create system users

  4. One of the ways is just adding a standalone node into a remote replicaset
