There seem to be two issues.
1. I have tried to specify restore.yaml like this:
And restore was complaining:
which looks like a minor issue if at all.
2. Then I have deleted the restore object, added s3:// to destination and then tried again and the operator started crashing:
and the restore is in "waiting" status:
