Can't backup 20k+ tables database xbcloud: Failed to upload object. Error: Couldn't connect to server on amazonaws.com

Description

xbcloud is not ignoring CURLE_COULDNT_CONNECT (7) by default

Please incorporate the fix for:
https://jira.percona.com/browse/PXB-2784
or add 7 to the list: --curl-retriable-errors=...,7,...

Hi,

I have added the following option for xbcloud  for 8.0.27 backup image and it will be included in next PXC operator release which will be available at the end of this month.
