issue with monitoring proxysql in pmm

Description

I see some user issue with proxysql monitoring in pmm and all instances never show up in the gui:

In the GUI I can see 2/3 proxysql instances, third proxysql instance never shows up although these errors are seen in all 3 instances, but they stop repeating in first two unlike in the third.
