In

the pxcBinlogCollectorBackupFailure metric was added. It is collected when "new db connection" or "collect binlog files" errors occur. These errors trigger pod’s restart, so it will be impossible to collect metrics “in time” by monitoring tool and this metric will be always 0. We need improve logic when this metric is collected.
