Users often require certified images for deploying the operator. With the current approach, certified images is a seperate page in itself and it only has the info for the latest release.

However many customers requested for the supported images for older versions and right now the only way to get them is to refer the PDF from legacy docs. This approach is not ideal as certified images are referenced frequently. Kindly fix it.
