Hi,

rotation and sync of users feature does not work  in case of 'cluster-wide'. The operator can not update users  due to network communication issue. The root of the issue is that operator is located in a separate namespace and can communicate with other pods (from another namespace). The communication can be realised only via services.

We need to fix it.
