PITR backup fails if AWS S3 endpoint not specified

Description

Normal backup for AWS S3 doesn't require endpointUrl option to be specified in the storage for AWS S3, but it seems it is required for PITR which is inconsistent and PITR then fails with error.

This is the error that I get:

If I add "endpointUrl: https://s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com" in that case it seems to pass.
