DR Replication - tune master retries for replication between two clusters

Description

In the initial release of Asynchronous replication from another site for Disaster Recovery we are hardcoding master_retry_count and master_connect_retry (https://jira.percona.com/browse/K8SPXC-308)

 

We need to add the possibility to tune them with the Operator to cover the use cases with extremely bad connection.

Bad connection might severely impact Recovery Point Objective.

We have added the possibility of configuring it using the following section in CR:
https://github.com/percona/percona-xtradb-cluster-operator/blob/main/deploy/cr.yaml#L52-L54

please describe these two options in our docs.
