Mark pxc container restarts in logs container output

Description

mysqld could be killed by oom killer or by kill -9 in private clouds.
There is no messages generated between last valid log entry and first mysqld startup message:

The second possibility: wsrep_recovery_verbose.log file appears in log

The pxc container restart is an ERROR or WARNING message but in this case we are getting just new "Notice" messages related to mysqld startup.
