Weight is not set by default for a host in a replication channel

Description

Bug:

default weight is not set by default for a host in a repl channel, but according to docs and spec it should.

Steps to reproduce:

If I set the following in CR:

I get the following in operator logs:

Expected behavior:

Default should be set to 100 by default.
