Unstable scheduled backups with PXC 8.0.23

Description

Hi,

We have found that our scheduled backups test is very unstable. The root of the issue is that If the backup fails e.g. with the following error:

PXC pod is in DONOR/DESYNCED state for more than one hour.

This fix seems to be included in PXC 8.0.28 or newer which will be included in the next operator release.
