replicasServiceType set in helm chart not passed through to operator

Description

haproxy.replicasServiceType is a valid custom resource option for the operator, but the current version of the helm chart doesn't support setting this value.

This is now merged and available in pxc-db chart v1.10.2

Good catch! I created a PR with both changes: https://github.com/percona/percona-helm-charts/pull/123. Happy to modify as needed.

Thanks for reporting and seems you are correct, but we are also missing "haproxy.replicasExternalTrafficPolicy" so both need to be added.
