Document logrotate usage for PXC

Description

Hi, the docs don't specify anything about using logrotate for PXC.  We should include:

  1. Where the file is at /opt/percona/logrotate/logrotate-mysql.conf

  2. How to edit the file from cr.yaml (or other method for overriding settings)

I checked it with devs. Currently we do not support this feature with the Operator. So there's no way to edit logrotate-mysql.conf from cr.yaml
