Please document the limitations around configuration of KMS for pg_tde like the fact that the changes done have to happen when both PG and KMS are online. If i.e. KMS is migrated to a new URL when the PG is offline then PG will not start. Currently there is no way to do it, we will have a separate roadmap entry to provide a more user friendly config options in the future
