Add a CI/CD test job for installcheck-world in PSP GH repo.

We need to add a test job in Percona postgres GH repo that covers following:

  1. Build using make

  2. Build source with world and use flags that are used by build team.

  3. Test using installcheck-world where all modules are covered.
