pg_tde don’t have ‘pg_tde_internal_has_key()’ function
Now I have verified with following ‘pg_tde_is_encrypted(’name')'

It is very likely that the same issue applies to indexes created by unique constraints and primary keys added later, but I have not verified that since pg_tde_internal_has_key() is broken for indexes.
