pmm-agent: failed to get row and view for pg_stat_monitor version 1.0.0 - Beta 2 error

Description

User impact:

No QAN data with pg_stat_monitor 1.0.0 - Beta 2

Steps to reproduce:

Add Percona PG with pg_stat_monitor 1.0.0 - Beta 2 to monitoring (perconalab/percona-distribution-postgresql:14.0) *docker-compose attached
Check QAN and pmm-agent log

Actual result:

No QAN data
pg_stat_monitor goes into WAITING

Expected result:

Data in QAN
Agent in RUNNING status

fixed. new docker images are available on dockerhub

 in general what we need to do:
1 Update version in this line : https://github.com/percona/pg_stat_monitor/blob/1.0.0-Beta-2/pg_stat_monitor.c#L29
2 move existent tag to new commit
3 rebuild packages

As it is still beta and we haven't announced the release yet I suppose it should work.

and would it be possible to fix this by tagging 1.0.0-beta-3 and rebuild?

cool, but we need new build with new correct version, to unblock testing for 2.24.0 which is due to 2nd Nov.

For future releases of pg_stat_monitor, let's ensure that the versioning scheme adheres to the guidelines provided by the Semantic Versioning specification.
